Drive shafts are
fabricated from a standard VW Bug axle and retain the VW outboard CV.
The inboard end has been cut off and an original Lotus Europa Twin Cam universal
yoke has been welded on in its place.
Rear
suspension is based on vintage Dan Gurney Eagle Formula Ford uprights.
Layout is similar to a type 47 Europa race car with a reversed lower wishbone,
sold top link, and twin trailing arms.
