The headlight covers are made of vacuum formed polycarbonate (Lexan) and are attached with 6061 aluminum angle brackets.  The brackets are attached to the body with #5 sheet metal screws, while the covers fasten to the bracket with #6 stainless steel buttonhead screws and teflon washers.
