Fusion Technology provides operator level training for inductance brazing operations.  We will evaluate your equipment and processes and tailor the training program and to match your requirements.

 

A typical Inductance Brazing training certification program will cover the following items:
-  Safety in inductance brazing

-  How inductance brazing works

-   Hydrogen safety

-  Use of flux or hydrogen gas

-  Electrical safety

-  Inspection of finished brazes

-  Pre-braze cleaning 

-  Capillary action and braze flow

-  Oxidation/reduction

-  Use of braze stopoff     

 

-  Full-color training manuals for each student that are tailored to the

    particular customer's welding and cutting equipment and requirements.

-  Classroom instruction with Power Point presentation

-  Hands-on training for each student on their respective equipment.

    The hands-on training may be individual or performed with pairs or small

    groups.

-  Certification cards

-  Databasing of training records

-  Written recommendations to improve safety of the customer's work

    environment.
