Vacuum Joint Repair

Fusion Technology provides a unique service in repairing thin flange vacuum joints on bellows, ceramic-to-metal seals, X-ray tubes, microwave tubes, etc. We have developed proprietary techniques to repair cracked or leaky weld and braze joints on material down to .005" thick that would otherwise be scrapped.

Mobile TIG Welding

Fusion Technology has mobile TIG, MIG, and plasma cutting capability. We can weld and cut all types of metals on-site including aluminum, stainless steel, titanium, copper, nickel, etc. We specialize in on-site certified welding of vacuum systems, high purity gas lines, and race car chassis and components.
